1. Operator and scope
Eskortia is operated as a digital platform that allows independent advertisers, agencies, and registered members to publish and browse profiles. We provide hosting, search, map, messaging, billing, and related tools. We are an intermediary platform — we do not ourselves provide escort services or act as an agency unless explicitly stated on a specific page.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, profile holders, agencies, and merchants using the platform.
2. Age restriction (18+)
This website contains adult-oriented material. Access is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By entering the site you declare that you meet this requirement.
We may use age-verification prompts and reserve the right to suspend access where we reasonably believe a user is underage.
3. Accounts and security
When you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We offer different roles (client, profile, agency, merchant, administrator). Features available depend on your role and active plan. You must not share admin access or impersonate another user except where official admin tools explicitly allow supervised impersonation.
4. Listings and user content
Profile holders and agencies are solely responsible for the content they publish: text, photos, videos, prices, location data, and contact details. You warrant that you have the rights to upload such content and that it complies with applicable law.
Prohibited content includes: minors or persons appearing underage; non-consensual material; illegal services; hate speech; malware; spam; misleading identity; stolen media; or content that infringes third-party rights.
We may review, hide, edit, or remove listings and may suspend accounts that breach these rules or receive valid legal complaints, without prior notice where urgent.
5. Plans, billing, and payments
Paid features are described on the Pricing page. Fees, billing cycles, and included features may change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Payments are processed through configured payment providers. By subscribing you authorise charges according to your selected plan. Refund policies follow applicable consumer law and the details shown at checkout or in your billing panel.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
- Do not harass, threaten, or dox other users.
- Do not use the site for human trafficking, exploitation, or any illegal activity.
- Do not circumvent security, rate limits, or moderation tools.
- Do not publish fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
7. Third-party contact and offline meetings
Communications and meetings arranged through listings are solely between users. Eskortia is not a party to any offline agreement and does not guarantee the identity, health, safety, or conduct of any user.
Exercise caution, verify identity where possible, and comply with local laws. Report suspicious or illegal activity to us at admin@eskortia.com and to the relevant authorities when appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
The Eskortia name, logo, design, software, and original platform content are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and technically process content you upload for the purpose of operating the service.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or interactions between users. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if no fees were paid, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
